Instructions: In a small saucepan over low heat, cook raisins in water until plump, about 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix sugar, flour, cloves, cinnamon and lemon peel. Stir into raisin mixture and cook another 3 to 5 minutes, stirring until thickened. Cool. In a small bowl, mix egg and sour cream. Add sour cream mixture to raisin mixture and blend. Turn mixture into pie shell. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake pie for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake until custard is set, about 20 minutes. Email this Recipe:
