Instructions: According to the July issue of Prevention, this might be a good way to get the most from disease fighting fruits and vegetables. I was so impressed by the chart that I first looked for a way to download it from the Prevention site. There isnt any mention of it out there. So I made up my own chart to share. The magazine says you should choose one daily from each group with an extra one from the orange group to get a total of nine.
