Instructions: Beat yolks until very light. Beat in sugar, cloves nutmeg. Cover let stand overnite. Before serving beat egg whites still, beat cream until it peaks, Fold mixtures together, stir in liquor. Serve over cracked ice. Sprinkle with freshly ground nutmeg.
