3 oz Margarine
2 oz Caster sugar
2 x Eggs, beaten
3 oz Currants
1 tbl Ground almonds
8 oz Curd
Instructions:
Instructions: 1 Line the greased tins with pastry. Mash the curds. Add the butter, margarine and caster sugar into a bowl and beat. Add the two beaten eggs,

currants, ground almonds and a drop of milk to moisten the mix.

2 Place the filling into the pastry cases and bake for approximately 20 minutes at 190c.
