Instructions: Whisk together eggs and 2 cups milk in a medium bowl; set aside.
Combine 1 1/2 cups flour and Meat Seasoning in a medium bowl. Dip steaks in egg mixture; dredge in flour mixture. Dip again in egg mixture. Pour oil to a depth of 3/4 inch into a large heavy skillet. Fry steak in batches in hot oil over high heat 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes on each side or until golden. Remove steak, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet, and drain on paper towels. Keep warm. Heat reserved drippings in skillet over medium heat; whisk in 2 tablespoons flour, and cook, whisking constantly, until golden. Gradually whisk in remaining 2 cups milk. Cook, whisking constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Stir in salt and next 3 ingredients. Serve gravy with steak. Email this Recipe:
