Instructions: Saute onions and pepper and garlic in oil. Add chili powder and cumin.
Saute 5 min. more or until tender. Add other ingredients and bring to a boil - reduce heat, cover and simmer for 35 minutes. (I put this in my crockpot and cooked all day) - Serve with rice or plain. 8 servings. Email this Recipe:
