Instructions: Beat cheese, onion, and Worcestershire sauce with electric mixer on low speed until blended. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl frequently, until fluffy. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
Shape cheese mixture into 1 large or 2 small balls or logs. Roll in sunflower seeds. Place on serving plate. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm. Serve with crackers. Email this Recipe:
