Instructions: Combine sour cream, nectar, oil, sugar, cinnamon, paprika and salt. Beat with a rotary beater until smooth. Cover and chill. On four lettuce-lined salad plates, arrange orange sections, strawberries and kiwi. Dollop fruit with dressing. Chill remaining dressing.
