Lemon-Olive Oil Dressing: ----------------
2/3 cup light olive oil
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
salt and freshly ground white pepper
deer tongue lettuce (or any crisp, fresh
lettuce from your garden or market
buttercrunch lunch
oak leaf lettuce
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and whisk to blend well. Allow to stand at least 1 hour at room temperature.

Preheat oven to 350 F. Tear lettuce into large bowl. Whisk dressing over greens and toss well. Divide among serving plates. Arrange Brie on baking sheet and bake until warmed but not runny, about 1 minute. Top each salad with wedge of cheese and serve immediately.
