Instructions: Place ingredients into a bowl in given order. Beat for about 3 mins until mixture is smooth and glossy. Divide mixture evenly between two greased 18cm sandwich tins and bake @ 190 degrees C for approx 25mins. When cold, join together with whipped cream.
