Instructions: Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened.
Stir in peppers and green onions. Pour into 5-cup mold which has been lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold. Makes 10 servings. Email this Recipe:
