Instructions: Combine cabbage, bell pepper, onions and sugar. Mix well. Mix oil, vinegar, celery seed, and salt and bring to a hard boil. Pour over cabbage mixture and stir very well. Store in refrigerator in air tight container. Let stand at least 3 days as flavor improves as it ages. Will keep refrigerated for a month.
