Instructions: In medium bowl, combine sugar, margarine, vanilla and egg yolks; beat until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour and baking powder; mix well. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate 30 minutes for easier handling. Heat oven to 350F degrees. Shape dough into 1-inch balls, place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. With thumb, make indentation in center of each cookie. Bake at 350F degrees for 11 to 14 minutes or until light golden brown around edges. Immediately remove from cookie sheets. Spoon about 1/4 teaspoon jam into each baked cookie.
