Ingredients:

100 gm butter
1 cup onions, medium
1 tsp thyme, chopped
1 tsp grated lemon rind
2 tsp parsley, chopped
2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 x eggs
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt the butter in a pan, add onions and cook until transparent. Remove from heat and add breadcrumbs, lemon rind and herbs. Mix well. Season and mix in egg to bind.

Use to stuff roast lamb, veal, turkey or pork dishes.
