Instructions: Line bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate with vanilla wafer cookies. Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Gently stir in 3 cups of the whipped topping . Spoon into crust. Freeze 4 hours or overnight until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes or until pie can be cut easily. Garnish with remaining whipped topping to form lines. Decorate with miniature cookies between the lines to resemble a tic-tac-toe game. Store leftover pie in freezer.
