Instructions: Wrap each woodcock breast with half a bacon strip. Secure with toothpicks. Place in a zip-seal plastic bag, add Italian dressing and seal. Marinate 2 to 3 hours, turning occasionally.
Drain off Italian dressing. Mix soy sauce, garlic powder and pepper. Pour over bird breasts in bag, and marinate 1 hour longer. Remove breasts from marinade, and grill over low heat until bacon is just crisp (10 to 15 minutes). Email this Recipe:
