Instructions: Sprinkle chicken with salt. Dredge chicken in flour: brown in hot oil in a Dutch oven. Remove chicken from Dutch oven; drain off excess oil. Combine remaining ingredients (except rice) in Dutch oven; add chicken. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove hot pepper: discard. Serve over rice or noodles.
