Instructions: Roasted Garlic Bulb: To roast garlic, cut off the pointed ends of garlic bulbs, and place on a piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil, and bake at 400F for 1 hour. Once cooled, the roasted bulbs can be frozen up to 3 months.
