100 gm dark chocolate
500 gm Mascarpone cheese (if you cant find it try with creme fraiche,
but please dont use sour cream instead):
3 x eggs
250 gm Savoiardi cookies (if you dont find them try with some other porous, egg containing biscuits)
300 x 400ml dark coffee (doesnt have to be espresso, but please no Nescafe)
4 tbl sugar (depending on how sweet you like it, but not more than 3-4 Tblsp)
Instructions:
Instructions: Tiramisu means something in between "pick me up" and "pull me up" due to the high concentration of energetic ingredients. Nevertheless is not recommended before any kind of sports.

Place mascarpone, the yellow of the eggs and sugar in a bowl and then whip until it gets homogeneous and thick (you could use an electrical whipper). Dip quickly one by one the savoiardi cookies in freshly prepared hot coffee (mixed with marsala in the alcoholic version) and place them in another glass bowl (better a flat one) in one or more layers depending upon the size of the bowl. Pour the mascarpone sauce on such layers and cover the whole sauce with chocolate dust (make it as fine as you can). Place at 4 !C for at least two hours and serve after an italian dinner.
