Instructions: Spoon drained yogurt into a small bowl; discard liquid.
Using a blender or Cuisinart, process the cottage cheese, Neufchatel cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add this mixture to the yogurt. Stir well. Small loaf pan: 5+3/4- x 3+1/4- x 2-inch. Line the pan with aluminum foil, allowing foil to extend 1 inch from both sides of pan. Set aside. Combine water and liqueur. Brush cut sides of half of the ladyfinger halves with the liquid; place, cut side down in bottom of prepared loaf pan. Spread half the yogurt mixture over ladyfingers in pan. Repeat layers with remaining cookies, liquid, and yogurt. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and chill at least 8 hours. To serve, carefully lift foil out of pan, and cut in half crosswise. Place each half on a dessert plate. Sprinkle evenly with chocolate, and garnish with chocolate curls, if desired. Add 2 or 3 berries per serving (optional). NOTES : there are so many versions of tiramisu. this is closest to what i think of. If you cannot get coffee flavored yogurt, Id add a little instant espresso to french vanilla flavored. white plate, dust with cocoa; garnish with chocolate curls and fresh fruit. Or, mold in sherbet or champagne glasses. -pat Email this Recipe:
