Instructions: Place the bananas on an oven dish.
Place them in a preheated oven (Gas Mark 71 220C / 425F) for about 15-20 minutes turning once. The skins should be black and they should feel soft when squeezed. Meanwhile warm the honey: the easiest way to do this is in the microwave for a couple of spins on the highest setting. Do this either in a small jug or in the jar itself (lid removed). Remove the bananas to bowls. Snip each one open along the top. Pour in a good drizzle of honey then serve topped with clotted cream. Add some lightly toasted walnuts to the honey if you like.
