Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 loaf sourdough bread sliced into 1/2 inch slices
1 cup goat cheese
1 x egg hard boiled and chopped
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
2 x anchovy fillets, rinsed and drained
1 tbl capers
1 clv garlic
1 tbl Dijon mustard
1 tbl lemon juice
1 tbl Cognac
3 tbl olive oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Lightly toast bread and spread with goat cheese. Combine remaining ingredients in a food processor and process until finely chopped.

Spread a portion of tapenade on each bread slice. Cut slices into quarters and serve.

Note: Slimmers -: You can omit the cognac if you cannot or do not want to include alcohol in this dish.
