Instructions: Cook rice according to directions on the package; set aside. Saute onion, green bell pepper, and celery in butter until vegetables are tender.
Combine rice and sauteed vegetables. Add next 4 ingredients to rice and vegetable mixture; stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased baking dish (12x8x2). Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
