	Combine and set aside the following: ----------------
1/2 cup	brown sugar
1 cup	pecans
1 tbl	cinnamon
	----------------- In a large bowl mix: ----------------
2 cup	flour
1 sm	pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
1 cup	white sugar
1 cup	water
2 tsp	baking powder
3/4 cup	vegetable oil
1 tsp	salt
6 tsp	vanilla
1 sm	pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Instructions:

Instructions: Put all in a mixer bowl and beat 2 minutes. Pour 1/3 batter in greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle 1/3 sugar mixture over batter. Alternate until 3 layers have been made, ending with sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40-45 minutes.
