50 gm butter
75 gm caster sugar
50 gm light muscovado sugar
150 gm golden syrup
Instructions:
Instructions: Put the butter sugars and syrup in a pan and heat gently on the simmering plate until melted and liquid.

Transfer to the boiling plate so the mixture boils gently for 5 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat and gradually stir in the evaporated milk.

The saucy is now ready and can be served hot or warm or dolloped on cold.

Makes about 450g
