1/2 lb soft tofu
1/4 lb firm tofu
1/2 x lemon, juice of
1 tbl vegetable oil
1 tsp vinegar, (to 1 1/2 tsp)
salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: In a food processor, puree tofu until smooth and creamy. With motor running, drizzle in lemon juice and oil, a little at a time. Stir in vinegar, salt, and chives. Refrigerate for about 6 hours to mellow and blend flavors.
