12 oz silken or soft tofu
1/2 cup skim milk, (or soy milk)
2 x bananas, sliced
(fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup strawberries or other fresh fruit
(can also use loose-packed frozen fruit with no added syrup)
1/2 cup canned drained juice-packed peach slices
Instructions:
Instructions: Makes 4 servings.

This recipe takes 5 minutes to prepare.

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.

Add ice cubes and blend a bit longer if the shake is too thick for your taste.

Adjust sweetness if desired. Serve immediately.
