Instructions: 1. Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and tofu. Marinate in refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour.
2. Heat all above ingredients in wok. Add carrots, celery, scallions and ginger. Stir fry until all vegetables are just crisp-tender. 3. Add rice. Stir fry to heat through. Serve hot. Makes 5 servings of 1 cup each. Email this Recipe:
