Instructions: Cook shells according to package directions, about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mash the tofu in a medium bowl. Add parsley, onion powder, salt, garlic powder and basil; mix well. Spread spaghetti sauce in 9 inch square baking dish. Drain shells and generously stuff them with the tofu mixture. Place shells in baking dish; it will be a tight fit. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the tops of the shells (or mix into tofu mixture). Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly. Note: Toss in a few extra shells in case some fall apart during cooking, and dont use shells with visible cracks. Email this Recipe:
