Instructions: Blend tofu, lemon juice and garlic in a blender or food processor until very smooth. Chop vegetables fine or pulse in a food processor. Combine vegetables and tofu mixture and add seasoning, mustard, soy sauce and hot sauce, to taste. Shape the mixture into a mound and coat with the walnuts or mozzarella, if desired. Chill. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables .
