Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 cup All-purpose flour
2/3 cup Brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup Raw sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 cup Chocolate chips
(in another bowl
(mix together the following:
1/2 cup Milk
1 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Butter melted
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix wet ingredients well. Make a well in the center of the mixed dry ingredients and stir together until just blended. Again, batter will be lumpy, but you do NOT want to overmix. Spoon into greased or papered tins and bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes. Makes 18 muffins (unless you try one while its still warm, then just tell everybody that its a 15 muffin recipe!) These muffins are tremendous with a cup of Earl Grey tea. Chef Jeff Abbas
