Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 x fryer (3 lb.) cut up
flour as needed for dredging
Shortening as needed for browning
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 x clove garlic minced
1 can condensed cream of tomato soup (10 oz.)
1 tbl packed brown sugar
1 tbl Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbl vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Dredge the chicken in flour. HeatEsome shortening in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken pieces and then remove them to a baking casserole. To the drippings in the skillet, add theEcelery, onion and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients to mix well. Pour over the chickenEpieces. Cover the casserole and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until cooked through.
