Instructions: In a small saucepan combine broth, green onion, tomatoes, pepper and basil. Bring to boiling; remove from heat. Stir in couscous. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Before serving, fluff with a fork. Spoon onto plates or mold into mounds.
To mold, lightly spray nonstick cooking spray onto bottoms of four, 6-ounce custard cups. Spoon couscous mix into prepared cups; press firmly into cups. Unmold onto plates. Email this Recipe:
