1 cup tomato puree
1 cup canned tomatoes
1 x onion chopped
1 stk celery
1 x red bell pepper or green
(capiscum)
2 sm zucchini
Instructions:
Instructions: Chop vegies and steam 4 -5 minutes. Combine with puree, tomatoes, 60g kidney
beans and herbs and seasoning to taste. Simmer 15 minutes.

60g fresh wholemeal bread

Serve with 1 cup fruit salad

FAT = 3.5 grams FIBRE = 2.2 grams

Serve with:
1 x 60g crusty wholemeal bread roll
20g reduced-fat (7% fat) grated cheese
2 tsp fruit chutney or pickles (50 optional kJ)

Lettuce leaves or alfalfa sprouts
2 cups vegetables
30g avocado (1 Fat), 2 tsp lemon juice
100g cherries

NOTE THIS LIGHT MEAL CONTAINS 1 FAT SELECTION + 50 OPT kJ FAT = 11 grams FIBRE = 13 grams
