Ingredients:

1 cup Fresh bread crumbs
3 tbl Butter or margarine, melted
3 tbl Grated Swiss cheese
2 lrg Firm tomatoes, sliced
1/2 tsp Granulated sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp Dried basil
2 x Green onions, chopped
2 x Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup 10% cream
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 F. Combine crumbs, butter and the 2 tablespoons cheese. Pat into greased 9" pie plate; bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Lower oven temperature to 350 F. Spread tomatoes in a layer on pie crust. Sprinkle with sugar, salt, pepper, basil and green onions. Mix eggs with cream and the 1/2 cup cheese; pour over tomatoes. Bake for 30 minutes.
