Instructions: Place curry powder and cumin in small dry skillet over low heat. Stir just until aromatic, about 1 minute. Cool completely. Add yogurt and stir well.
Season with salt and pepper. Combine tomatoes, cucumbers, cilantro, jalapeno and garlic in a large bowl. Stir in enough of the yogurt mixture to coat. Garnish with cilantro and pass the remaining yogurt at the table. Email this Recipe:
