Instructions: Peel onion, slice thinly & soak in iced water for 30 minutes. Drain & pat dry. Separate rounds into rings.
In a serving plate, arrange tomato slices in a single layer, slight overlap is okay. Arrange cucumbers over the top. Scatter onion rings over the cucumbers. Sprinke with lemon juice, salt, cayenne, pepper & cumin. Toss just the onion rings, leaving everything else undisturbed. Email this Recipe:
