1 x dried pasilla chile, stem removed
1 x orange, unpeeled, seeded,
and quartered
3 lrg red ripe tomatoes, seeded & quartered
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Chop the chile in a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Add the orange (peel and all) and process until finely diced, then add the rest of the ingredients and process just enough to blend.

Yield: Approx. 2 cups

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: This sauce provides a great counter-part to baked fish such as cod. Or serve for breakfast with scrambled eggs and blue cornmeal muffins.
