1/2 lb ripe tomatoes
1/2 oz candied pineapple
1 x green apple
1 tbl grated lemon rind
1/2 cup lemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Peel & coarsely chop tomatoes. Coarsely chop pineapple. Peel, core and grate apple. Combine the fruit in a large pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Stir in lemon juice.

Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Boil rapidly, uncovered, for 45 minutes.

Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Pour into warm, sterile jars and seal. Process in a boiling-water bath for 5 minutes.
