Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 kg tomatoes
2 cup onions, medium
2 tsp salt
5 x cloves
1/10 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbl mustard, dry
2 cup vinegar, white
1/2 cup sugar (caster)
Instructions:
Instructions: Chop tomatoes.

Peel and dice onions.

Place all ingredients except flour in a pot, bring to the boil, stirring,reduce heat and simmer 35 minutes until mixture thickens. Stir occasionally.

Blend flour with a little water and mix into mixture. Bring back to the boil and cook 5 more minutes. Stir frequently.

Ladle into hot jars and seal.

Keeps for 3-4 months.

Ensure storage jars are well sterilised.
