Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 x onions, medium
2 tsp garlic, crushed
250 gm whole peeled tomatoes
1 tbl white wine vinegar
1 tbl lemon juice
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp mustard, French
1 tsp mustard, English
2/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp sugar (caster)
salt, pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat 1 tblsp of the olive oil in a saucepan, add the onion and cook gently for about 3-4 minutes until soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 5 minutes. Puree in an electric blender until smooth. Allow to cool.

Serve hot or cold with salads, seafood or fish dishes.
