Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 can Solid Italian white tuna packed in water, drained (6 1/8-ounce)
1/2 cup Mayonaise
1/2 cup Deglazing liquid
1 tbl Fresh lemon juice, or to taste
2 x Garlic cloves, mashed to a paste with 1/8 teaspoon salt
1 pch freshly grated lemon zest
Hot sauce, to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: In a blender or food processor blend tuna, mayonaise, deglazing liquid lemon juice, garlic paste, zest, and hot pepper sauce and stir in capers and salt to taste. Sauce may be made 2 days ahead and chilled, covered.

Thin sauce to desired consistency with water.
