Instructions: Im from that part of the country and use Tonys exclusively.. I have never used Konriko, as I dont think they made it when I lived there. I gave up looking for it here in the Pac. NW, so here is the recipe for Tonys from
Mix well and use like salt. When its salty enough, its seasoned to perfection. ....If too peppery for children, add more salt to mixture, then season to taste. TO SEASON SEAFOOD: use half of the above mixture and add: 1 tsp. powdered thyme, t tsp. bay leaf, and 1 tsp. basil. Hope this helps.
