Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1/3 cup	Balsamic vinegar
3 tbl	Grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp	Salt
3 tsp	Black pepper fresh ground
1/4 cup	Olive oil extra lite
2 tbl	Oregano chopped
1 x	Garlic clove minced fine
2 tbl	Fresh basil minced
2 tsp	Soy sauce

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients into the oil. Stir well. regrifgerate for 2 days. Shake well and pour liberally over salad.
