Instructions: Sift all dry ingredients. Mix milk and eggs. Slowly add milk mixture to flour mixture. Fold in shrimp. Drop batter by rounded tablespoon into hot oil or fat.

Fry 2-5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain well before serving. Serve warm.
