Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 tbl Butter
1 tbl Flour
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup Shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbl Grated Parmesan cheese
1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp Salt
1 dsh Pepper
1/2 cup Cooked tortellini (cheese filled)
2 tbl Frozen peas (defrosted or leftover)
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add flour, stirring until smooth.

Cook about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until thick and bubbly.

2. Add cheeses, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.

3. Add warm tortellini, ham, and peas. Heat on medium temperature until ham and peas are warm throughout. Serve immediately.
