Instructions: Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water for 15 minutes or until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
Prepare the sauce: Dice onion and bacon. Heat oil in a pan; add onion, bacon, garlic, pinenuts and cook 3 minutes until onion is softened. Add wine and stir through for 2 minutes. Stir in cream, sour cream, cheese and basil and cook over low heat until boiling and heated through. Remove from heat and stir in egg yolks to thicken. Season well.
