Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
4 cup	Cheese tortellini, cooked
1/2 cup	Italian sausage, cooked and sliced
1/4 cup	Fresh parmesan cheese, grated
2 x	Tomatoes, diced
1 cup	Olive oil
1/2 cup	Red wine vinegar
3 tbl	Pesto
3 x	Cloves roasted garlic

Instructions:

Instructions: 1. Mix all ingredients except tortellini and sausage. 2. Once thoroughly mixed add to tortellini and sausage.

Notes: You can eat this at room temperature or chilled.
