1 lrg onion chopped
2 can corn with red and green peppers (15 1/4 oz), drained
4 can condensed chicken broth - (10 1/2 oz ea)
1 can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes (14 1/2 oz)
1 can chopped green chiles - (4 1/2 oz)
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
2 tbl chili seasoning mix
1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
----------------- TOPPINGS ----------------
Fried flour tortilla strips
Cubed avocado
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute chopped onion in a large Dutch oven coated with vegetable cooking spray until tender. Stir in corn and next 6 ingredients.

Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes. Serve with desired toppings.

This recipe yields 10 cups.
