Instructions: Heat the frankfurters over a bonffire or barbecue (or in a pan of water over a primus stove). Wrap the tortillas loosely in foil and warm gently over the embers of the fire (or in the steam of the pan).

To serve generously smear the wann tortillas with mustard place 1 or 2 hot dogs in the middle.

Add the cheese chilli etc now if you are going to.

Roll the tortilla around the frankfurters and devour while hot.

Add grated cheese sour cream crunchy lettuce and chopped chilli if you wish.
